Manal T. Alalawi is a computer scientist and academic at the University of Hail, Saudi Arabia. Her work spans research, higher education, student supervision and academic service, with research interests in distributed systems, cloud and high-performance computing, parallel computing, and data science.

She holds a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from the University of Bedfordshire, UK, and a BSc in Computer Science from Taibah University, Saudi Arabia. Alongside her research and teaching, she contributes to academic programme development, quality initiatives and university service.
